We are hiring a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Balzers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects within the given time frame and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, resources, and budget
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, results, and successes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
