Junior Information Security Analyst


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Information Security Analyst to join our team in Porto. This position is ideal for individuals without prior experience in the field who are looking to start their career in information security.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining information security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor network traffic and investigate any potential security breaches
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging threats
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure proper security measures are in place

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Understanding of biometric passport technology is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
