Carpenter Apprentice

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Carpenter Apprentice in Almada. As an apprentice, you will assist our experienced carpenters in all aspects of the trade, including measuring and cutting materials, assembling structures and furniture, and installing finished products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in carpentry to gain hands-on experience while learning from skilled professionals.
Key Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but must have basic knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials according to specifications
- Help with the installation of finished products such as cabinets, doors, and trim work
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Learn new techniques and skills from experienced carpenters
- Follow all safety procedures and wear necessary protective gear while on job sites
