Entry-Level IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in the field of IT and has a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients
- Setting up new computer systems and installing necessary software
- Providing remote support through remote desktop tools
- Documenting all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred but not required

Location: Atlanta, USA

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
