Junior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects on project designs
- Conduct research on building materials and construction techniques
- Prepare presentations and visual aids for client meetings
- Attend site visits to gather information for designs
- Assist in project management tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel
