Experienced Roofer


We are looking for an experienced roofer who is skilled in all aspects of roofing, including installation, repair, and maintenance. As a roofer, you will be responsible for assessing roof structures, determining the materials needed for the job, and completing the work in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. It is important that you have strong problem-solving skills and are able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roof structures to determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to building codes and manufacturer instructions
- Repair damaged or worn areas of roofs using various tools and techniques
- Ensure proper ventilation and insulation in roofs
- Clean and maintain work area before and after projects
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a roofer or in a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of different roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided.

Location: Braga, Portugal (open to all nationalities)
