Back-End Developer for Kenyan English Speaking Candidates in Dickirch


We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. This role requires strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby and experience with database management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain the back-end of our web applications
- Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Develop and maintain databases to ensure maximum performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise in the back-end codebase
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
