Job Title: Handyman Technician


We are seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for providing general repair and maintenance services for our clients' properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants of all levels who have strong English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients in a timely manner
- Inspect properties and identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Working knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or certification in a related field
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
