Sales Manager



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Eschen. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales activities of our company. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training when needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Work closely with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. English language proficiency is preferred but not required.
