Sales Manager for Indian Market in Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are a growing company in the retail industry and we are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Eschen, Liechtenstein and will focus on managing our sales efforts in the Indian market.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in India. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to reach our target market.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the Indian market and culture. Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates without experience as long as they possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
As we are looking to expand our presence in India, we require someone who is highly motivated and driven. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our international team based in Eschen. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of any other Indian languages would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $900 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for selected candidates from India who do not have prior work experience abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Present products or services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials targeting the Indian market
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the Indian market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Understanding of Indian market trends, culture, and business practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
