Tiler Supervisor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tiler Supervisor to oversee our tiling projects in Faisalabad. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of a team of tilers, ensuring high-quality work and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of tilers in their daily tasks
- Assign duties and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience
- Monitor the progress of tiling projects and ensure they are completed within the given timeframe
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all work meets industry standards
- Train new team members on proper tiling techniques and safety procedures
- Order materials and supplies as needed for projects
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and timeframes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or Tiling Supervisor
- Knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, grouts, and other materials used in tiling projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy materials

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or vocational training in tiling is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in tiling or related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid driver's license
Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Faisalabad (local candidates preferred)

Working Hours:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
