We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nairobi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including daily service, customer satisfaction, and staff management. You will also be involved in budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of food and beverage operations is essential, as well as excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. You must have exceptional communication and customer service skills to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members to provide exceptional service. You must have strong problem-solving skills to handle any issues that may arise during service. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. This role does not require English proficiency or accommodation but does require valid work authorization in Kenya.
