As an Indian Restaurant Manager in Nairobi, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and optimizing profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
