Merchandiser Assistant



Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Merchandiser Assistant to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the merchandiser in planning and executing product displays in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products
- Communicate with store managers to ensure proper placement and maintenance of product displays
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback on product displays and make necessary adjustments
- Assist in creating visual merchandising guidelines for retail stores

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is an advantage but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The candidate must be able to work on weekends if needed. Accommodation will be provided by the company.
