Office Manager (Sharjah)
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Sharjah. They will maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, supervising staff, and managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage all administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Supervise office staff and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
