Part-time Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Dar Kulaib. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship
- Manage project budget and make cost-effective decisions
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Experience working with women in the construction industry (preferred)
