Insurance Claims Adjuster

We are a reputable insurance company based in Zagreb, seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with policyholders.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
- Conduct thorough investigations by gathering information from various sources
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information
- Evaluate damages and losses to determine the appropriate amount of compensation
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of claims and interactions with policyholders
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices for claims handling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with insurance policies, laws, and regulations

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. As this is a contract job, we do not provide accommodation. However, we are willing to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
