Claims Adjuster

As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of liability, coverage and settlement. You will work closely with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and evidence for claim assessments. Additionally, you will analyze insurance policies and negotiate settlements with claimants.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. A degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in the insurance industry is also beneficial.

This is a full-time position based in Zagreb, with a competitive salary of 1500$. While previous experience is not necessary, candidates must have a biometric passport and be fluent in English. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates.
