Sales Manager for International Company in St. Petersburg, Russia
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our international company in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet our company's growth objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the African market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Must be willing to relocate to St. Petersburg, Russia
