Our growing company is seeking a driven Sales Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to generate new business and meet revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to expand our customer base
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape
- Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear benefits for clients
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
