Adjuster - Insurance Claims


As an Adjuster for our insurance company in Nakuru, you will be responsible for handling and processing insurance claims. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the insurance industry and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance policies and determining coverage for claims
- Investigating and gathering information about the claim, including interviewing witnesses and conducting on-site inspections
- Analyzing documentation, such as medical records or police reports, to determine the cause of loss
- Evaluating damages and negotiating settlements with claimants
- Communicating with policyholders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claim process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry as an adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Ability to handle complex claims and negotiate settlements effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month. In addition, our company provides accommodation for employees if needed.
