Office Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement office policies and procedures, manage budgets, and handle administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Manage budgets and expenses related to office operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial software is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
