Office Manager (Karachi)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Address any issues or concerns raised by employees
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
