As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Karachi. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our team and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget and accurately recorded
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed
- Assist with recruitment processes by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
- Support senior management with various tasks such as data analysis, report preparation, and project coordination

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local employment laws is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position. In addition to your salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. Candidates who are currently residing in Karachi or have previous experience working in the city will be given preference.

Note:
This position is suitable for students who are looking for part-time employment opportunities. The working hours will be flexible to accommodate your class schedule.
