Mason Supervisor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Order materials and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar. Canadian nationals preferred.
