Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Remish. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. You must have strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be interacting with clients through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services
- Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones of clients
