Online Consultant for Indian Market in Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Indian clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Help clients navigate our products and services
- Offer personalized solutions and recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and services for Indian clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (accommodation provided)
