Commercial Architect

Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Atlanta. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects for commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements and provide innovative design solutions that meet their goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful project completions

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, scope, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, materials, and techniques

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. This is a full-time position with the option for part-time hours. We also provide accommodation for out-of-state or international candidates.
