Fitness Instructor

We are a well-established fitness center located in Nakuru, Kenya and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and instruction to clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that clients are using equipment safely and correctly, as well as providing guidance on proper form and technique. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and needs.
- Provide instruction on proper form, technique, and safety while using equipment.
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, research, and new techniques.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Fitness Instructor.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya.
