Female Librarian

As a Female Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the library resources and services, providing assistance to library users, and developing programs to promote literacy and reading. You will also be responsible for maintaining the library collection by selecting, acquiring, cataloging, and classifying materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library collection by selecting, acquiring, cataloging, and classifying materials
- Provide assistance to library users in locating resources and using library equipment
- Develop programs to promote literacy and reading among library users
- Maintain accurate records of all library materials and transactions
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan and implement library events and activities
- Stay updated on new trends in librarianship and incorporate them into the library services
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the library by enforcing rules of conduct

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using technology for cataloging, record keeping, and information retrieval
- Passion for promoting literacy and reading among community members

Location: Multan, Pakistan

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
