Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's computer network and systems, ensuring their smooth functioning and security. You will also be responsible for installing new software or hardware, conducting regular backups, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company's computer network for any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot network and system problems as they arise
- Conduct regular backups of important data
- Install new software or hardware as needed
- Ensure the security of the network and systems by implementing necessary measures
- Provide technical support to employees for any IT-related issues
- Keep track of inventory of all hardware and software used in the company
- Stay updated with latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Experience with networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees from various departments

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment type: Full-time with visa sponsorship available.
Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to candidates from all nationalities)
