Guest Services Concierge - Eschen, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a Guest Services Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out processes
- Providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
- Making reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other services
- Addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
- Managing guest requests such as room service, housekeeping, or maintenance needs
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assisting with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to handle difficult situations calmly
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Eschen, Liechtenstein without sponsorship

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth within the company. This position does not include accommodation.
