We currently have an immediate opening for a skilled Mason Foreman to join our growing construction team in Sofia. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. We welcome applications from Malayalees and foreigners, as no English proficiency is required for this role.

As the Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Your main duties will include coordinating schedules, managing materials and equipment, and providing technical guidance to your team.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a mason and possess strong leadership skills. Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have excellent knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, and tools.

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. While previous experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from individuals without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in their career as a mason foreman.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of masons on construction sites
- Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
- Manage materials and equipment needed for each project
- Provide technical guidance to team members when needed
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques
- Communicate with project managers regarding progress updates and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a mason
- Strong leadership skills with previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
