Barber/Stylist



We are a busy barbershop in Ufa, Russia looking for an experienced and talented Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing quality haircuts and styling services to our clients, while also maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable about current trends in men's grooming, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to determine their desired haircut/style
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services according to client's preferences
- Keep up-to-date with current men's grooming trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Promote and sell additional products/services to clients
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Proficiency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about current trends in men's grooming
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own equipment/tools (shears, clippers, combs etc.)
- Valid barbering/cosmetology license (if applicable)
