Turner / Machinist

As a Turner/Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. Duties may include fabricating parts, repairing and maintaining machinery, and performing quality control inspections. You will also be expected to read and interpret technical blueprints, use various hand tools and measuring equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or Machinist
- Proficient in reading technical blueprints
- Knowledge of various hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong understanding of mathematics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are preferred)
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Must have valid work permit for Washington (or willingness to obtain one)

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with possibility of extension
