Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any hardware or software issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new computer systems and software
- Maintain and update existing computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Keep track of client support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on new technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection
- Prior experience providing technical support in a customer-facing role

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
