As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the network and systems infrastructure for our company in Siauliai. This includes setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing necessary security measures
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes
- Perform regular backups of critical data to ensure data integrity
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
- Stay updated with new technologies and implement them as needed to improve network performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
