Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinists to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent physical fitness, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial rope access work at various heights and locations
- Conduct visual inspections and maintenance of structures and equipment
- Assist with the installation and removal of equipment or materials
- Complete tasks such as welding, painting, cleaning, and other industrial maintenance work
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role preferred
- Valid certificate in industrial rope access techniques (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Good understanding of safety procedures for working at heights
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
- Own basic equipment (harness, helmet, ropes) is preferred but not required

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
