Facade Specialist

We are a leading construction company in Atlanta and we are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, suitable for both men and women, without the requirement for previous experience or English proficiency. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of exterior building facades, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. This job does not require accommodation, but candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to architectural plans
- Repair and maintain existing facades to ensure they are safe and functional
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or potential problems
- Work with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation/maintenance is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using scaffolding or ladders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is not required)
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
