Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of building facades in the city of Atlanta. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, structural engineering principles, and building codes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that facades are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop facade designs that meet aesthetic and functional requirements
- Review and approve facade plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on cost, durability, and performance
- Oversee the installation of facades, conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Develop maintenance plans for facades to ensure long-term durability and safety
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design or construction
- Strong knowledge of building materials and structural engineering principles
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Atlanta
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta
- Salary: $1200 per month
