Junior Facade Technician

We are a leading facade company in Atlanta, seeking a Junior Facade Technician to join our team. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term growth and development within the company.

As a Junior Facade Technician, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians with various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of facades on commercial and residential buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the trade and gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Fluent in English
- Biometric passport preferred, but not required
- No experience necessary, training will be provided
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights

Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior technicians with facade installations and repairs
- Operating equipment such as scaffolding and lifts under supervision
- Maintaining a safe work environment at all times
- Learning about different facade materials and techniques through on-the-job training
- Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month, with potential for increases based on performance. We also offer paid training opportunities for career advancement within the company.
