Junior Gardener

We are in need of a skilled and hardworking Junior Gardener to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and plants, as well as the willingness to learn and grow in this profession.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior gardeners in daily tasks such as planting, pruning, watering, and weeding
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment
- Monitor plant health and report any issues or diseases to senior gardeners
- Assist with landscape design projects and plant selection
- Follow safety procedures when working with gardening tools and chemicals

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or interest in gardening is preferred
- Physically fit and able to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and methods for maintaining gardens
