Job Title: Concierge Assistant


We are seeking a friendly, organized and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Nakuru. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, providing information about local attractions and amenities, making reservations for dining or activities, and handling any guest inquiries or concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends. No previous experience is required but proficiency in English is preferred. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Filipinos are encouraged to apply.
