We are hiring a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya! As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and providing room keys
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation or reservations as requested by guests
- Handle any guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $900 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do offer free visa processing and ticket for the right candidate.
