IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes evaluating and implementing new technology solutions, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, and managing a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in various IT systems and networks, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Proficient in various operating systems, networks, and software applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Knowledge of information security best practices

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure
- Evaluate current systems and implement new technology solutions as needed
- Ensure the security and reliability of our systems by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including conducting performance evaluations and providing training as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance services
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, procedures, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as necessary
