Wedding Planner


We are seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for helping couples plan and execute their dream weddings. Your main duties will include meeting with clients to discuss their vision for the event, creating detailed timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing all aspects of the wedding day.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients and various vendors. Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision and budget
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Research and recommend vendors for various services (catering, venue, photography, etc.)
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered on time and within budget
- Assist with design elements such as decor and theme
- Attend wedding rehearsals and oversee the actual event day
- Handle any issues that may arise during the planning or execution process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different wedding traditions and customs preferred
- Proficiency in event planning software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning or related field is preferred
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
