Job Title: Wedding Planner

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner in Al-Rayyan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from venue selection to vendor management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Research and recommend potential venues and vendors
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services on the wedding day
- Oversee set-up, décor, and overall execution of the event
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in wedding planning or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language skills would be an asset)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Preference:
This job is open for all nationalities. However, Canadian candidates are preferred.
