We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a bakery or kitchen setting and possess strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate baked goods with icing and other toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before being served or sold
- Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes
- Train new bakery staff members on proper baking techniques
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery or kitchen setting
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Creativity in decorating baked goods
