Indian Concierge in Nairobi, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Nairobi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, tours, and reservations as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
