Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Oversee and coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution
- Review and approve design proposals, construction documents, and other project deliverables
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Assess project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

This position is based in Funchal.
